Scholarships
This $600.00 scholarship has been established with a donation from the Mississippi Valley Gun Club to encourage students living in Marion and/or Ralls counties to choose a career in Fish, Forest or Wildlife conservation.  Establishment of this scholarship pays tribute to the dedicated conservationists who organized and were members of the Mississippi Valley Gun Club.

Eligibility
  • Only high school seniors or college freshmen in Marion and Ralls counties are eligible.
Selection Process
Applicants must complete a brief application with references and include their most recent grade transcript and a 250-word essay on why they are interested in a conservation career.  The essay and transcript will carry equal weight in the selection process.  The application must be received by December 31 and the recipient will be notified in early February.
